Delete Your Account & Data
You have the right to permanently delete your MyApp account and all associated data at any time. This removes everything — habits, completions, challenge history, settings, and your email address — from our systems.
To request deletion, send an email to us with your account email address:
- 1 Open your email app and compose a new message to beastlyiceking@gmail.com
- 2 Use the subject line: "Delete My Account"
- 3 Include the email address you used to sign up for MyApp in the message body
- 4 We will confirm deletion within 30 days and send you a confirmation email

Frequently Asked Questions
How do I turn off habit reminders?
Go to the Settings screen in the app and tap on any habit's notification setting to disable it. You can also turn off all MyApp notifications in iOS Settings → MyApp → Notifications.
My streak reset incorrectly. What do I do?
Streaks are calculated based on daily completions synced to your account. If you believe your streak was lost in error, email us with your account email and the habit name and we'll investigate.
Is my habit data backed up?
Yes. All your data is securely synced to the cloud via Supabase and will be restored if you reinstall the app and log back in.
Can I use MyApp on multiple devices?
Yes. Log in with the same account on any device and your habits, completions, and settings will sync automatically.
How do I export my data?
Email us at beastlyiceking@gmail.com with the subject "Data Export Request" and we'll send you a copy of your data within 30 days.
I forgot my password. How do I reset it?
On the login screen, tap "Forgot password?" and enter your email address. You'll receive a password reset link within a few minutes. Check your spam folder if it doesn't arrive.
