1 Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, or using MyApp ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the App.

These Terms apply to all users of the App, including visitors, registered users, and others who access or use the App.

2 License to Use

Isaac East grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use MyApp for your personal, non-commercial purposes, subject to these Terms.

This license does not allow you to:

• Copy, modify, or distribute the App or its content
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code
• Use the App for any commercial purpose without written permission
• Remove or alter any copyright, trademark, or other proprietary notices

3 Your Account

To use MyApp, you must create an account with a valid email address and password. You are responsible for:

• Maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
• All activity that occurs under your account
• Notifying us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account

You must be at least 13 years old to create an account. By creating an account, you confirm that you meet this requirement.

4 Acceptable Use

You agree to use the App only for lawful purposes and in a way that does not infringe the rights of others. You must not:

• Use the App in any way that violates applicable laws or regulations
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the App or its infrastructure
• Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the App
• Use automated tools to scrape, crawl, or extract data from the App

5 Intellectual Property

The App and its original content, features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of Isaac East. The App is protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws.

Your habit names, challenge names, and other content you create within the App remain your own. You grant us a limited license to store and sync this content solely for the purpose of providing the service to you.

6 Disclaimer of Warranties

The App is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis, without any warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.

We do not warrant that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components.

7 Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Isaac East shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the App, including but not limited to loss of data or profits.

In no event shall our total liability to you exceed the amount you paid to access the App (which, as the App is free, is zero).

8 Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the App at any time, with or without cause, and with or without notice, if we believe you have violated these Terms.

You may terminate your account at any time by submitting a deletion request as described in our Privacy Policy. Upon termination, your right to use the App will immediately cease.

9 Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. When we do, we will update the effective date at the top of this page. For significant changes, we will notify you via push notification or email. Your continued use of the App after changes take effect constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

10 Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in California.
